Global Warming

Hello everyone Since I was a child I have hear about climate change, I must admit that I was dont care abaut it because I thought it was not real because I did not see it. When I grew up I understand  that it is something important because I can see the impacto f global worming: The level of the ocean is rising,  also the temperature of the earth, it does not rain in winter and all this makes me think that we should do something now. That is why I try to do small things to help, for example in my house we recycle and take it to a green point in my commune (Las Condes). I also try not to use plastics in  the fasts foods, I always turn off the lights, I take care of the water consumption, when I go to the University by car I call my classmates to go with me and not occupy a car for me only. I think with little things I can help with something about that. But, there is a topic that makes me happy, I feel that young people are really interested in changing the way we live, so I feel that we are helping the world

My pets

Hi all!

This topic is one of mi favorite because I really love pets, all of them, especially  cats and dogs. In my family always we have cats because my Mother does not like dogs but love cats. When I was a child I had a cat I rellally love it I felt it was my sister. Its lived whit my family about 12 years and died like 7 years ago. Its was terrible for my and I thought would never have another pet again. But a few moth after   a cat from the street (without an owner) came to my house and had baby cats on the roof of my house, took all of them out of my house except for one, so my family decided to adopt it, take care and give it a lot of love, my Sister decided the name: BISTEC. This year, in April, my grandparents give me a baby cat, It was only 3 months old and It is totally adorable. I decided the name: MANDARINO, so now we have 2 new members cats in my family.

Hi all! 

Today I am going to talk to you about nature. I am very passionate about this topic. I love the nature, practice trekking, hiking, camping, everything related to nature. I all the summers i go to the south of Chile, to valdivia and the lake Calafquen with my family and we always do some activity of trekking whit them. I climbed volcanoes (Villarrica, Quetrupillan, Choshuenco) A while tiem ago I went to a trekking and went to the campsite “ la junta” in Cochamó. In this place I do three trekkings: Arcoíris, Anfiteatro y Matelandia. But I feel that the most beautiful thing for me was that I went to the Torres del Paine to do the walk of the W. I was 6 days walking inside the park to achieve the W and after I went to Argentina to see the P glacier was really beautiful.In the rest of the year I do a lot of trekking in Santiago, I go to the waters of San Ramon and I will climb El pintor in Farellones (4,200 msnm)

Hello everyone

The truth for me is always it was a problem to write in English for me, 
I felt very embarrassed. But  now I feel more confident that I can write 

because the only way to improve is practice a lot to improve on it. Also 

served me to know a little more to my classmates. About their lives, personal 

interests, I could even see pictures of them with their families. But I feel that 

maybe blogs should be homework and in those hours we spend to write blogs 

in classes, we could do more classes to continue practicing: speaking and 

listening in English. because I still feel that I am very embarrassed to speak 

in English and the only way to improve is by practicing. For that I have two 

options: first, go to exchange to a country that speaks English or practice a 

lot in classes. And I feel that the second option is more real for me. 
I have never written in English before. I never had a blog either, maybe I 

would have liked to be able to write freely about topics that would interest me

 personally, which are forced issues, that way I feel I could do it with more 

happiness and confidence.

Uff ! Im so tired because the term is almost to end! 

I wanted to comment that this year is my last for my graduation, and this term was very hard to me because I have 8 subjects, also I´m a "helper" of one subject called "procesos enológicos" and as if that were not enough I am working on my "tesis".

Among all my subjects I have two that are my favorite, they are called: " análisis sensorial" and " vinificación" .
In "vinificacion" we have theoretical classes but also we visit many vines. This term we go to 5 diferents vines. Where they teach us about their processes and in the end of the visit we can tastings theirs wines. This is why I had to miss several Tuesdays to my English classes UPS! because in many taime we retourn to facultad in the afternoon.

The best thing about this subject is that we organize a trip to argentina to visit different vines in that country to be able to compare with vines of chile. This is not obligatory but it´s always a good experience.

I tell you that the truth is I never visit a webside or youtube constantly. I don´t have one favourite website but, I'm always looking all of things on Instagram. Every day I check at least five times Instagram, I see pictures of friends but I also follow shops or profiles about agronomy things.
I really like the topic related to agroindustry, especially the production of wines and olive oil. so today I'm going to tell you about one of these topics that I follow on my social network , the name is Olive_oil_store on instagram. On this page they sell the Deleyda olive oil, this oil have very high quality. In this page they also give information on the benefits of olive oil, they upload several pictures about oil production or olive plantations and this are very nice to see. Well, Instagram is an immediate social network, I visit this site every day because every time they upload a new photo, it automatically appears on my instragram

Today I´m going to talking obout Permaculture.

The Permaculture is the Philosophy to work whit and not against the nature.  This topic is very imortant  because we need do an agriculture more sustainable. ¿¡ How we can do it!? It´s aesy because Permaculture consist to use some rules to grow the soil, some examples are: capture and store energy, stop producing toxics waste,  use and value natural services and resource.
Is so interesting look how you can use the good way to producing food to the humans. Actually the natural resources in the planet are ending. The new geneations not going have food in the future and I think now the humans are becoming aware about that.
In Chile I think this method to grow the soil is completely possible because we have all the tools to made it! we have many natural resource and  many areas whit good soil to grow! only missing the people want to do it
